Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Order Changes

We assume all orders and correct and final. However, in some unavoidable circumstances, the need for cancellation may arise. If you wish to cancel, please message us immediately so we can assist you further. However, please note that if your item has already been processed at the warehouse, cancellations will no longer be allowed. 

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@empireshop.ph and we will provide you with the return address. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item. We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only offer free replacement if they are defective or damaged.

In the event that you wish to have a refund or replacement due to damaged items/goods, please provide the following information to be eligible:

1) Proof of Purchase / Order Number
2) Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)

Non-returnable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for downloadable goods and items that are intimate or sanitary goods. Custom-made products are also not eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days. For orders paid via Cash on delivery, we will send your Refund via your BDO, BPI or Security bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, do email us so we can recheck on your account.
